COURSE DESCRIPTION (For a Class Size of 12)
This care training course is aimed at care workers who are involved with clients who have Autism. Candidates will gain a better understanding of what Autism is and the effect it has on an individual. This training course also aims to improve the communication skills of staff working or living with a person with autism and lastly to highlight the different effects positive and negative communication can have and how this can impact other people
CERTIFICATION
On completion delegates will be able to confidently give a clear definition or autism while demonstrating knowledge of asperger syndrome. Delegates will be able to work in a more positive, person centred manner around people with Autism.Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance which is valid for 3 years.
